Need a good boxing heavy bag workout video on YouTube? We’re big fans of the one below.
From Nate Bower Fitness – In this video, we’re going to HIIT up a 30 Minute Heavy Bag HIIT workout.
All you need is your wraps, boxing gloves, and a heavy bag.
If you don’t have a heavy bag, just listen to the audio coaching while shadow boxing and you’ll still get a good sweat.
We’re doing 1 Minute on and 30 seconds at a moderate pace.
In each set, we had 2 exercises and Were going to do each set 3 times.
Remember, the idea of HIIT workouts is shorts rests and a whole lot of intensity.
Boxing Workout DVDs
If you prefer to do your home training the old school way, with a boxing DVD, then there are still some good options out there.
Though this one focuses more on kickboxing, it may be something that you want to give a try after going through some of the videos above.

Although boxing gloves enhance your workout intensity, they are optional in this workout.
